Processing & Shipping Speed  |  If your order is time-sensitive, please be sure to contact us at customercare@inklingspaperie.com and we will do our best to advise on the best shipping method to ensure arrival by your event! Our standard processing time on customer orders is 2-3 business days + shipping. Wholesale orders may require longer processing times depending on item availability.
We provide a number of different shipping upgrade options depending on your needs. Standard orders with flat rate domestic shipping include USPS First Class postage, and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. We also offer Priority and Express shipping upgrade options as you are checking out, with the following estimated ship speeds (excluding processing time):

Priority: 2-3 business days (U.S. only) + processing
Express: 1-2 business days (U.S. only) + processing


Shipping Delays  |  Please be sure to review and confirm your shipping address before checking out to prevent delays or misdeliveries. Though it is rare, if your package has been lost in transit due to a fault of the postal carrier, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement or issue you a refund.
 
  |  We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase! If for some reason your order falls short of your expectations, please let us know so we can make it right. We accept returns within 30 days on all retail orders. Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except in the case where there is a defect or quality issue with the product, in which case we'll make it right and will either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Please inspect your wholesale shipment upon arrival. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Thank you!
