Processing & Shipping Speed | If your order is time-sensitive, please be sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to advise on the best shipping method to ensure arrival by your event! Our standard processing time on customer orders is 2-3 business days + shipping. Wholesale orders may require longer processing times depending on item availability.
We provide a number of different shipping upgrade options depending on your needs. Standard orders with flat rate domestic shipping include USPS First Class postage, and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. We also offer Priority and Express shipping upgrade options as you are checking out, with the following estimated ship speeds (excluding processing time):
Priority: 2-3 business days (U.S. only) + processing
Express: 1-2 business days (U.S. only) + processing
Please be sure to review and confirm your shipping address before checking out to prevent delays or misdeliveries. Though it is rare, if your package has been lost in transit due to a fault of the postal carrier, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement or issue you a refund.
We ask that any cancellations or changes to wholesale orders be submitted by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of when your order has been placed. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Thank you!
