When will my order arrive?
Standard-shipped orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 7-10 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We do offer some optional shipping upgrades when you are checking out. If your order is time-sensitive, please see our shipping policies for a detailed estimate on shipping times, and consider a shipping upgrade when you are checking out. We offer Priority and Express shipping upgrade options as you are checking out.
Can you customize the wording and/or the colors on your cards?
Unfortunately at this time, the cards are only offered as shown. We have our cards professionally printed using a special process. This also allows us to offer products that are printed with soy-based inks on paper made from sustainably harvested trees! This process however prevents us from being able to alter the designs or print custom colors at this time. Sorry to disappoint!
What is the handwriting upgrade?
For our "write-in" scratch-off greeting cards, we offer the option to add a short hand-lettered message under the scratch-off area. Lindsay will hand-letter your message. Please keep your message short and sweet! Your card will come unstickered so you have the opportunity to review the message before putting the sticker on! A small up-charge will apply.

Yes! We love the earth, and want to keep it beautiful and green! All of our paper goods are mindfully printed with soy-based inks on paper made from sustainably harvested trees so you can feel good about what you're ordering.
