1. When will my wholesale order ship?

Orders typically are processed and ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that payment is required before your order can ship.

3. How do your scratch-off greeting cards come packaged?

All write-in scratch-off cards include a small insert in the back with instructions. All pre-printed scratch-off cards include a small insert in the back which portrays how the card looks once scratched. You can pull one of these out to display next to your cards, or consider using a card as a displayer in your store.

4. Using our retail support kit

All first-time orders include a complimentary retail support kit, with retail-friendly signs and a small sign holder to use next to your display. Additional support kits can be shipped with your order ($5 per kit, or free with orders of $300 or more). Please e-mail us if you would like a kit added to your order, or indicate it on your order form in the comments section.

5. Using our how-to videos

We've created a growing collection of How-to Videos that demonstrate how our cards work! Videos are formatted vertically for ideal viewing on a smartphone within your Instagram stories or on TikTok. We kept them short and sweet, and used royalty-free music so you can share them freely. We just ask that you credit Inklings when you post, and a tag is always appreciated!

6. What if there's an issue with my order?
