Teacher Gifts We Love

Let's be honest. Teachers have the toughest jobs. I usually realize this around mid-August after my kids have been home for over a month. That's usually when I start thinking about school... partly because everyone's going stir-crazy, and partly because planning ahead helps me feel more organized before fall days are upon us. I shared more about our 10 Back-To-School hacks here. But back to teachers. Part of making the school year great is showing up for teachers and letting them know they're appreciated. I like to give our kids' teachers a small gift or card at the beginning of the year to start things up right. We've rounded up some of our favorite (inexpensive!) gifts for teachers, whether you're starting the school year or are finishing it off and are looking for a way to express your gratitude:

1. EOS LIP BALM APPLE

This little EOS lip balm apple from over on Real Housemoms is the cutest thing. They've even made a free printable to make it as easy as ever to create one yourself. Place it on her desk on the first day of school for an apple that she can keep all year!

2. SUCCULENT PLANTER

We've been fortunate to have some of the same teachers for both of our kids. This apple honeycomb pop-up card of ours is a favorite card for some of those "close to the heart" teachers in our lives.

4. JAR OF STARBURSTS
